Férjemnek vásároltam egy nemesacél Figaro 3+1 szemes nyakláncot 18 K arany bevonattal karácsonyra. A színével viszont nem vagyok megelégedve. A képen nem látszott ilyen sötétnek. Nem tetszik sajnos. Pedig mérete is jó lett. El vagyok keseredve. Miért nem olyan színű mint a képen? Rendeltem már karkötőt is önöktől az olyan gyönyörű, mint a képen. Nem értem ...

Sajnáljuk, hogy ha csalódást okozott a termék. Mindegyik arany bevonatú termékünknek ugyanaz az anyaga. A bevonat 18K feletti tisztaságú arany. Ez az arany színe.
(A 14K arany általában világosabb az ötvöző anyagok miatt.)
A korábbi termék, amit vásárolt, egy karkperec volt, aminek sokkal simább a felülete, mint egy aránylag apró szemű láncnak. Ez is okozhat egy kis különbséget a szín látszatában.
A képek és videók erős megvilágítás mellett készülnek, ezért tűnhetnek világosabbnak, plussz a monitornak is eleve van háttér világítása és készülékenként ezek eltérhetnek. Sajnos nagyon nehéz a termékeket pontosan ugyanúgy szemléltetni minden eszközön egyformán, ahogy azok a valóságban kinéznek.
Minden esetre a megvásárolt ékszer színe az arany eredeti színe.
